Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy applies to all books, periodicals, made-to-order items, and print subscriptions purchased via the TANK online shop.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
1. Return Requests
All return requests must be submitted through your account at https://account.tank.tv
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you wish to provide photographs or other evidence in support of a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item claim, please email them to subscriptions@tankmagazine.com when submitting your request.
2. Books and Magazines
If you change your mind about a book or magazine, you must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
If your return is approved, the item must be returned within a further 14 days.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in perfect resaleable condition. If sealed or shrink-wrapped, they must remain unopened.
TANK reserves the right to decline a refund, or to make a deduction, where an item is returned in a condition that reduces its value.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return postage costs. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Made-to-Order Items
Certain apparel and accessories are made to order.
As a matter of store policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items ordered in error.
Please check all product details and size information carefully before placing your order.
Returns for made-to-order items are accepted only where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
4. Print Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be managed and cancelled at any time through your account portal.
If you cancel within the initial 14-day cooling-off period of your first purchase, any refund due will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
Cancellations made after this initial period will apply to the next renewal only.
TANK does not offer pro-rata refunds for the remaining issues in a current term. Your subscription will continue until the end of the paid period.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us via subscriptions@tankmagazine.com within 14 days of receipt and include photographic evidence where possible.
Once verified, TANK will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods, or evidence that they have been returned, where applicable.
TANK is not responsible for the refund of international customs duties or local taxes. Any such charges must be reclaimed by the customer from their local customs authority.
