Cancellation policy

This policy applies to print subscriptions purchased through the TANK online shop.

Annual print subscriptions may be managed and cancelled at any time through your account portal at https://account.tank.tv

If you cancel within the initial 14-day cooling-off period of your first purchase, any refund due will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

Cancellations made after this initial period will apply to the next renewal only.

TANK does not offer pro-rata refunds for remaining issues in a current subscription term. Your subscription will continue until the end of the paid period.
